Customer Service Supervisor

With a brand-new store and impressive offering across grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce and liquor, we are the go-to store for the Papamoa community!

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor or Manager to join our team as a Customer Service Supervisor. You’ll play an integral part in our journey towards our goal of providing an awesome shopping experience for our community. We have full time and part-time options available for candidates who can work both morning and evening shifts.

The Role: 

• Ensuring all customers’ needs are met and they receive the highest quality customer service.
• Setting the standards and ensuring they are met day in and day out.
• Supporting and training the team.
• Ensuring the responsible sale of alcohol.

What are we looking for:

• Customer Service Supervisor, and/or Checkout experience is advantageous.
• LCQ and/or Managers Certificate and experience selling alcohol.
• Great people skills and people leadership potential.
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work evening shifts.
