Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist with SAP order entry and ensure timely updates of order status and billing documents.
• Help coordinate delivery arrangements and shipment follow-ups under Executive or Manager guidance.
• Check for document completeness (invoices, packing lists, declarations) and maintain filing systems.
• Maintain customer master data, and pricing tables in SAP with supervision.
• Follow up with Forwarders, Commercial, Import and Export, Customs, or Warehouses as needed to support shipment execution.
• Raise credit/debit notes, returns, or adjustments in SAP per guidance.
• Alert Executives or Managers of potential service failures early and suggest alternatives when feasible.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative support.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with systems.
• Willingness to learn, support team needs, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Task-focused, reliable, and process-driven.
• Good organizational skills with a basic understanding of order and logistics flows.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Language Requirements: Good command of written and spoken English, Korean, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders across relevant markets.
• Capable of following instructions accurately and escalating when needed.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like SAP.
• Willing to learn and grow within the team structure.
• Other Ad-hoc related duties assigned by the company.
