What they need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or IT.
- 2 + years of customer service experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity. Experience in A/V installation, custom home integration, or consumer electronics support preferred.
- Familiarity with home automation control platforms, IP networking, Wi-Fi architecture, lighting controls, an advantage.
- Strong team leadership, escalation management, and ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, non-technical language for residential clients.
- Coordinate with field service technicians and clients to schedule repair visits or order replacement equipment under warranty.
