Manages cashier/bagger schedules, monitors variances, oversees queue management, and ensures compliance with cash handling standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiers and baggers; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure proper cash handling, void approvals, and POS procedures.
• Monitor queues and allocate staff effectively.
• Resolve cashiering concerns and customer complaints.
• Implement accurate price and promo updates.
• Support training for POS system enhancements.

• Cash Variance: ≤0.01%
• Queue Time: ≤5 minutes average
• POS Compliance: 100% adherence
• Customer Feedback Score: ≥85%

Qualifications

• College level or graduate.
• Experience in retail cashier supervision.
