Customer Service Supervisor (Promotion platform)

About the role

Provide professional customer service primarily through Wati, Sleekflow, and Facebook platforms. Manage a customer service team of 5-6 people and lead the team in delivering professional customer service across multiple channels including Wati, Sleekflow, Facebook platforms, and telephone.

• Provide professional customer service through Wati, Sleekflow, and Facebook platforms
• Manage a customer service team of 5-6 people
• Lead the team in providing professional customer service across multiple channels
• Make recommendations to department heads and management to improve customer service quality
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Handle general administrative tasks and provide support for urgent customer issues

About you

• Must be proficient in operating Wati, Sleekflow, and Facebook platforms
• Extensive customer service experience and team management experience
• University graduate (any discipline)
• Good English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer operation (MS Word, Excel) and must know Chinese input methods (Cangjie, Quick, or Pinyin)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to start work immediately is preferred
