Customer Service Support

Job Responsibilities:

1. To apply Customers’ SST Exemption Certification
2. To update/record/file all customers and supplier’s SST Exemption details
3. To update/check all SST Sales transfer weekly
4. To assist on government matters applications
5. To support shipping logistics matters
6. To co-ordinate/follow-up all shipping matters with forwarder and warehouse – both export and import
7. To co-ordinate with warehouse team on all incoming/outgoing containers
8. To handle/monitor/distribute all courier documents/mails/samples
9. To issue GRA
10. To handle general services/maintenance of office
11. All other work related as and when directed by Purchasing and Planning Executive and Head of Business Service

Job Requirement:

1. SPM or equivalent
2. 3-5 years' experience in shipping or import logistics
3. Knowledge of SST will be added an advantage
4. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Good negotiation and communication skills
