Essential Skills: Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls for customer support| sales| or follow-ups. Problem Solving Listen actively to customer needs| research issues| and offer helpful solutions or alternatives. Data Recording Document detailed notes of customer interactions and update records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Meet Performance Metrics Achieve daily| weekly| or monthly targets for call handling times and customer satisfaction scores. Product Promotion Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell company products and services.
