CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

About the Client: A US-based, family-owned consumer products company with over 20 years in the planner business, specializing in planners, calendars, notebooks and accessories.

The company releases new collections seasonally for both the academic and calendar years, making social media marketing, product copywriting, and seasonal campaign management key to promoting new products and driving sales.

Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist US customers with order inquiries, shipping, returns, and product questions through email, chat, and support tickets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about orders, shipping, returns, and products.
• Assist with order tracking, delivery issues, and return requests.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage and update support tickets, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Experience with help desk or ticketing systems, such as Zendesk, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify or marketplace orders is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work independently.
