仕事内容

・お客様からの注文受付および受注処理

・納期確認や出荷手配などのオーダー管理

・お客様からの問い合わせ対応

・営業・物流・生産・経理部門との連携

・納期遵守に向けた進捗管理・課題解決

・受注データや売上データの管理・レポート作成

・SAPを使用した受注管理業務

・日常業務にとどまらず自分で改善業務をしていきたい方

・自分の裁量で仕事を進めたい方

・マルチタスクが得意な方

・さまざまな部門の人たちと、うまく調整しながら仕事をするのが得意な方

求める経験・スキル

◆必須スキル・経験

・短大または大卒以上

・英語ビジネスレベル

・カスタマーサービス、受発注、貿易事務、物流業務等の経験

◆歓迎スキル・経験

・サプライチェーンの経験

・SAP・ERPシステムの使用経験

◆求める人物像

・関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れるスキルをお持ちの方（口頭、電話、リスニング、書面によるコミュニケーションスキルを含む）

・お客様および社内関係部署と効率的に協力して業務を遂行するスキルをお持ちの方

・細部に注意を払い、正確に業務を遂行できるスキルをお持ちの方
