Customer Service Support (Inspection Services)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service offer, Service orders review, registration, confirmation & transmission including invoicing.
• Transmission of internal work order to executive SGS affiliates
• Preparation for Inspection execution.
• Inspection reports & issuance of Inspection Certificates

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive & follow up all requests and enquiries of Inspection, prepare the quotation or contract agreement (if required) for Customers within 1 working days of request.
• To control & update inspection weekly schedule.
• To update daily & weekly schedule for Inspectors.
• To seek approval from Customer Service Assistant Manager for invoicing.
• To prepare, upload and send all inspection reports to Customers.
• To immediately report to Customer Service Assistant Manager for any inspection technical matters rise by Customers.
• Control & Maintain of e-filing system to ensure compliance with Company, and quality requirements.
• Any other duties requested by the Customer Service Assistant Manager, Manager or Delegate

PROFILE & REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor Degree (Related Field) or equivalent, &
• 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Good communication skills and interface with Customers.
• Accurate typing and reporting use MS Office, fast learner.
• Good and able to work as team player
