Customer Service Support Specialist

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to assist our Customer Service team. This is a part-time position and will work approximately 24 hours per week during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. The schedule can be set at times that work for the employee and the Company. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill parts and catalog mailing requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain mailing logs and inventory of catalog and parts materials
• Assist the Customer Service team with incoming inquiries via email and phone
• Support order entry, order tracking, and general account maintenance as needed
• Perform data entry and other tasks to support daily operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
• Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time hours will be approximately 24 hours per week on a schedule agreed upon between the Department Manager and the employee.
• The range for this position is $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
