Job Description

MNC BPO is hiring Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales Executives for its Tech CS process in Jaipur.

The role involves handling customer queries through Voice, Chat & Email, providing basic technical troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and driving upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Salary

• 11.5 Years: 42,000/month package
• 1.52 Years: 44,000/month package
• 2+ Years: 46,000/month package

** Package: CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus**

Eligibility

• Graduation mandatory
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales / International BPO
• International BPO experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong customer handling and sales skills
