About the Role

Join our Platinum Team as a VIP Specialist handling complex, escalated customer issues. This is a brand-new program, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a front-line brand ambassador and resolve escalated concerns
• Turn negative experiences into positive outcomes through proactive engagement
• Document interactions accurately in CRM tools
• Build strong customer relationships through active listening
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success
• 2+ years telecom customer service experience
• Strong verbal/written communication and analytical skills
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or WFM) + MS Office familiarity
• Comfortable in a Secure Workspace (no personal electronics, pen/paper)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience
• Billing/product Q&A resolution experience
• Technical troubleshooting (hardware/software/network)
• Telecom technical call center experience (Tier 1–2)
