Customer Service Trainer

for a fast-paced wholesale operation.

Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that prepare customer service teams to manage high-volume inquiries with accuracy and strong service quality. Partner with leadership to review performance data, uncover skill gaps, and create targeted learning solutions including workshops, job aids, and system training.

Key duties

• Build and refine training content aligned to customer service standards and performance goals
• Deliver hands-on training and coach teams to improve accuracy and service quality
• Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and drive training priorities
• Develop job aids, workshops, and system-focused materials
• Collaborate with leadership to support continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience training or coaching customer service teams
• Strong data-driven mindset for identifying and addressing skill gaps
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to create practical training resources and system training
• Comfort working in a structured, performance-driven environment
