What they need
Key Responsibilities • Handle calls from North America customers • Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate resolutions • Maintain call quality, adherence, and productivity targets • Document each interaction correctly in the system • Escalate complex issues through the proper channels • Follow company policies, compliance, and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria • Education: Any graduate or undergraduate • Experience: Minimum 1 year of international chat experience (mandatory) • Excellent written communication in English • Willingness to work rotational shifts
Benefits & Work Details • Working days: 5 days a week • Week offs: 2 rotational week offs • Shifts: Rotational • Transport: Two-way cab facility • Location: Airoli / Vikhroli (Navi Mumbai)
