Role Description
This is a remote full-time for a Customer Service. The Customer Service will be responsible for replying customer's message only. This role will involve replying skill, responsibility, and patience. We also provide reply SOP for you to follow.
Qualifications
- Able to reply customer in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
