Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌

• Providing technical support to equipment users via incoming calls.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems.

• Providing information on products and their functionality.

• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎

• Fluency in Danish (B2/C1).

• Excellent command of English (B1/B2) .

• Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

• Communicative, willingness to learn.

• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

• Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month; Project operates within hours Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 , with scheduling depending on your availability.

What we offer: 🤝

Civil contract with a rate of PLN 60,00 gross/h .

Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
