Customer Service/Admin Asst (Part-time)

Welcome! I'm looking for an enthusiastic, reliable part time employee for a locally owned store.

We are looking for a part-time team member, but you should picture long term, part-time employment.

(1) part-time employee offering 10-15 hours per week.

(Also to note, We are not a US Mail Post Office).

Must Haves: Reliable, Outgoing, provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, able to stand for long periods, typing skills, work with variety of computers, and technology and be able to work until 6:00 PM and work 1-2 Saturday's a month.

The store is open 9:00-6:00 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. You would get paid training, then would eventually work by yourself at times. More hours available during peak seasons. Schedule is flexible but should be available until 6:00 PM at least couple days a week.

Job is easy going, but fast paced, providing customer service to walk-in customers and must have attention to detail. Again, only looking for reliable, outgoing and fun candidates that MUST be tech savvy. Happy job hunting!

Customer Service Representative /Job Duties:

• Deliver OUTSTANDING customer service in a friendly, professional manner
• Greet our customers with enthusiasm - making them feel like your *Most Important Customer* of the day
• Use of a POS system to process sales and shipping transactions with accuracy
• Packaging, copying, shipping, printing, passport photos, and more
• Sorting and distributing mail and packages
• Stocking, merchandising, inventory and cleaning
• Filing claims, pulling reports and more

Customer Service Representative /Requirements:

• Possess an outgoing and positive personality
• Extremely responsible, reliable, and possessing a great work ethic
• Able to have fun, yet maintain a professional and productive customer service work atmosphere
• Follows, monitors and maintains store policies and procedures
• Open to and able to quickly adapt to process changes
• Great organizational skills, prior customer service and quality oriented
• Excellent communication, listening, customer interaction and telephone skills
• Able to work independently and in a team atmosphere
• Energetic, self-motivated and proactive with daily tasks
• Eager to learn the customer service roll, and a desire to perform a wide variety of duties
• Desire to WORK, giving 100% throughout your shift
• Cash handling experience
• Able to lift/carry 35Lbs and move heavier packages with hand trucks and/or assistance
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Great store hours:

• M-F - 9am - 6:00pm
• S - 10am - 2pm
• Closed on Sundays and major holidays
