About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service/Appointment Scheduler/Follow up for Martial Arts Program to join our team!

In this role, you will connect with parents and prospective students who are interested in our Karate/Taekwondo programs. Your main responsibility will be to speak with interested families, answer their questions, schedule appointments or trial classes, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents by phone
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with interested leads
• Provide basic information about our Karate and Taekwondo programs
• Schedule trial classes, consultations, and enrollment appointments
• Follow up with scheduled appointments and prospective students
• Guide parents through the enrollment and registration process
• Help convert qualified leads into enrolled students
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Provide a friendly and professional experience throughout the enrollment process
• Meet daily and monthly enrollment and appointment goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner
• Comfortable speaking with parents and prospective customers
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve enrollment targets
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, admissions, or enrollment is a plus.
