About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service/Appointment Scheduler/Follow up for Martial Arts Program to join our team!

In this role, you will connect with parents and prospective students who are interested in our Karate and Taekwondo programs. Your main responsibility will be to speak with interested families, answer their questions, schedule appointments or trial classes, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Contact prospective students and parents by phone

⦁ Respond to inquiries and follow up with interested leads

⦁ Provide basic information about our Karate and Taekwondo programs

⦁ Schedule trial classes, consultations, and enrollment appointments

⦁ Follow up with scheduled appointments and prospective students

⦁ Guide parents through the enrollment and registration process

⦁ Help convert qualified leads into enrolled students

⦁ Maintain accurate customer and appointment information

⦁ Provide a friendly and professional experience throughout the enrollment process

⦁ Meet daily and monthly enrollment and appointment goals

What We're Looking For

⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

⦁ Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner

⦁ Comfortable speaking with parents and prospective customers

⦁ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

⦁ Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups

⦁ Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve enrollment targets

⦁ Able to work independently and as part of a team

⦁ Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, admissions, or enrollment is a plus.

Pay: Php13,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
