Our client is a highly regarded national window furnishings business servicing residential customers, commercial projects and volume builders across Australia.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a high-performing Customer Service / Client Services Coordinators to join their team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing customer orders and coordinating jobs from confirmation through to production and installation.
Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Managing orders from confirmation through to production and installation
• Coordinating with builders, clients, suppliers and installers to keep jobs moving
• Booking and coordinating installations with the installer network
• Resolving issues including incorrect measurements, damaged products, delays and installation concerns
• Following up outstanding information required to progress orders
• Liaising with Sales, Operations, Estimating, Production and Logistics teams
• Data entry and maintaining accurate customer and job information
• Updating CRM systems and working with Excel and other computer-based systems

About You
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in window furnishings or a similar industry
• Strong customer service and administration experience
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, CRM and data entry
• Exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, bubbly and professional personality
• A strong work ethic and a desire to deliver a high level of customer service

Experience dealing with residential customers, commercial projects and/or volume builders will be highly regarded.
