Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Hyderabad

• Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages about orders, menus, pricing and delivery
• Confirm order details with customers before their event
• Keep customers updated on order and delivery status
• Solve complaints quickly, and escalate the ones you can't resolve with complete details
• Work with our operations, kitchen and delivery teams to sort out customer issues
• Record every customer interaction correctly in our system
• Follow up after events to collect feedback
