Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders and some customer interaction. They would also be responsible for the accurate input and printing of orders and other data within our systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will play a crucial role in maintaining our orders and other data in Excel files.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into computer systems and databases.
• Utilize Excel for data management, including creating and managing pivot tables.
• Enter orders and have some interaction with customers on the phone and emails.
• Assist with administrative duties related to data management and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with various computer systems for efficient data entry and management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards in data entry tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
