Customer Service/Receptionist

Minimum Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Experience working with children is preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Some positions require a willingness to work a seasonal schedule, including early morning, some overtime & weekends. Background Check and Drug Screening As a part of the application process and a condition of employment, we may require a background check to include a criminal history check, fingerprinting under Megan's Law, driving record, and drug and/or alcohol screening.

  Essential Functions:

  • Greet customers with enthusiasm in the office and at schools or events.

  • Must have strong verbal and written skills.

  • Ability to respond to customers through all communications methods including phones, email, live chat, text messaging, and Facebook Messenger

  • Possibly attend seasonal photo events and collect payments and register subjects for special events (i.e. Senior Sessions, Team Pictures, Homecoming, Prom, etc)

  • Other duties may be assigned
    Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Must be able to navigate through both Microsoft and Google Suites

  • Must be dependable and trustworthy
