職責:
- 於電話解答客戶有關CLAIMS、保險服務查詢，處理客戶保險服務的文件
- 具備基本客戶服務經驗，能提供高質素客戶服務予客戶
內容:
- 香港中學會考(HKCEE) 五科合格，或持有香港中學文憑證書(HKDSE)或以上學歷
- 歡迎有客戶服務經驗的應徵者申請。
- 如有保險牌照以及保險或金融公司經驗者優先
- 良好晉升機會
- 五天工作
