What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping people protect what matters most to them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting new and existing customers by phone and in person
• Helping customers with renewals, policy changes, and claims enquiries
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable NFU Mutual products
• Selling NFU Mutual products
• Building long-lasting customer relationships
• Following up on business opportunities and leads
• Assisting with administration and marketing activities
• Working as part of a supportive and successful local team

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people with great attitudes and strong people skills.

You may be working in retail, hospitality, banking, customer service, sales, administration, or another customer-facing role and be looking for your next challenge.

You'll ideally have:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Good organisational and administration skills
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
