Customer Services & Administration – Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Customer Services & Administration Team in a Full-Time capacity (9am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday), based at our Tauranga office.

About the Role

As a valued member of our Customer Services Team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive efficient and professional support across all aspects of their pharmacy supply needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism
• Processing customer orders and product information in a timely manner
• Supporting the distribution of promotional and product materials
• Assisting with stock and credit processes in accordance with company procedures
• Providing administrative support to the wider leadership and operations teams

About You

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service focus
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems
• A professional and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or distribution environment would be an advantage, but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
