Customer Services Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Services Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping people and eager to start or advance their career in customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing and sales team
• Follow up customer orders and monitor stock availability
• Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, billing etc.
• Perform general administration duties and support to sales team
• Handle customers' enquiries and follow-up orders
• Assist in sales analysis reports

About you

• Diploma or above
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Attention to details, team-player and able to work independently
• Immediately available is preferred
