Customer Services Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a team member to be assigned to Yang Ming Anatolia, which we have established in partnership with Arkas to operate the agency of Yang Ming, one of the world's leading shipping companies.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Transportation and Logistics Management, International Trade and Logistics, International Trade and Logistics Management, International Logistics, International Logistics and Transportation, Logistics Management, Supply and Logistics Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Transportation and Logistics Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Marine Transportation and Management Engineering, Maritime Business Administration, Marine Engineering, Ship and Yacht Design, Marine Transportation and Management Engineering (School of Higher Education), Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Ship and Marine Technology Engineering, Fisheries Technology Engineering, Aquaculture Engineering, Water Sciences and Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Have an understanding of the ecosystem and are able to build relationships with stakeholders
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, are a team player, and are willing to collaborate
• Ability to think strategically and persuade others, solution-oriented and continuous improvement-oriented
