CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSOCIATE / OFFICER

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries via phone, email, live chat and face to face meetings on account opening, trading platform and market information
• Assist account-opening process, perform KYC and AML checking, CDD reviewing, name screening, CRS and FATCA procedures
• Responsible for client documents maintenance and filing
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers and attract new clients
• Be a team player and collaborate with other departments to manage customer feedback
• Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by Team Head

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above with 0-2 year(s) relevant experiences
• Holder of SFC RA1/RA2 licenses or passed HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7, 8 and 9 is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English; fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
• Proficiency of PC skills (MS Office and Chinese word processing)
• Details oriented and communication skills
• Good team player, initiative, responsibility, able to work independently and under pressure and willing to learn
