Customer Services Associate - Retail

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate for a retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, supporting sales targets, and managing inventory.

Job Responsibility:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Ensure product display and cleanliness of the retail space.
• Assist in processing sales transactions, billing, and basic cash handling.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate stock replenishment.
• Support in receiving, tagging, and arranging stock on shelves.
• Execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives as guided.
• Maintain daily records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
• Follow all operational procedures and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the store manager and team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline)
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome
• Ability to speak in English, Konkani, and/or Hindi
• Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work in shifts (within store hours)
• Knowledge or interest in retail/sustainable/local products is a plus
