Customer Relations Staff (Direct Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for a communicative, confident, and target-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Staff (Direct Sales). This role is responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing customers, conducting follow-ups, providing product and service consultations, and supporting customer acquisition activities.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Provide consultation and explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customer acquisition activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally while providing excellent service.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Sales, Direct Sales, Customer Service, Customer Relations, Telesales, or Telemarketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO) in Jakarta.
