Job Description

We are looking for a communicative, confident, proactive, and target-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Staff (Direct Sales).

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, conducting regular follow-ups, providing professional consultations regarding the company’s products and services, and supporting customer acquisition activities to achieve business and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide professional consultations and clear explanations regarding the company’s products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Support customer acquisition activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain and update customer and prospect databases accurately and systematically.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve customer acquisition effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Sales, Direct Sales, Customer Service, Customer Relations, Telesales, or Telemarketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve results.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work full-time and on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.
• Applicants must be domiciled in Jakarta or the Jabodetabek area.
