Position: Client Success Associate
Account: Debt Settlement (U.S. Account)
Salary & Benefits:
- 23,000 EGP Net Salary
- Up to 5,000 EGP KPI Bonus
- Medical & Social Insurance
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Address: 7 Moaz Al Dawla Street
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Fixed Split Shifts)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Requirements:
- English Level: C1 or above
- Egyptian nationality only
- Age: 20–40 years
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service / Call Center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Professional, responsible, and reliable
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Banking or financial services experience is a plus
Hiring Batches:
- October 26, 2026
