Customer Services Executive (เอกมัย)

Working Location : Technogym Showroom (near BTS Ekkamai) 1 Position

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00) and every Saturday WFH (09:00 - 12:30)
Day off: Every Sunday and last Saturday of the month

Responsibilities :

1. Delivery & Installation Planning :

• Planning and Managing day to day operations in Delivery & Installation Process.
• Improve the after sales service activities and delivery process to meet the customer expectation with high efficiency.
• Develop and monitor the Services and Installation Team for awareness of customers’ needs.

2. After Sales Services :

• Be a point of contact with customer and sales dept. in claim & complaint issue.
• Coordinate with internal / external dept. to ensure that customer's requests are in action and fixed.
• Create and develop the communications channels to ensure the most effective to retain the strong relationship between customers and company.
• Responsible for working improvement project related with company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM or CS (after sales-service and planning function).
• Experience in Furniture Business or High-end Industry is a plus!
• Very good in English an Computer literacy.
• Strong in operational work and multi-tasking.
• Can do attitude is a must: be able to work independently and working with a team.
• Service-minded.
• Have analytical thinking & problem solving skills.
