CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across TikTok Shop, Shopee, WhatsApp, and social media. Your goal is to provide excellent customer support while maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

What you’ll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries via TikTok Shop, Shopee, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.
• Handle order issues, returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Record customer feedback and report recurring issues.
• Maintain response time and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Support livestream customer inquiries during promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop or Shopee Seller Centre is preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends or shifts during campaign periods.
