Customer Services Executive/ 客戶服務主任

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm and caring customer experience journey through various online/offline channels to our customers, such as instant chat, email, text messaging, phone calls and F2F counter
• Handle incoming customer service inquiries and provide professional investment services support in the areas of securities dealing, wealth management, accounting opening and other enquiries
• Build an emotional connection with customers and concern with one-to-one customer interaction and engagement
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent service quality beyond customer expectations, and from time to time explore and develop new customers
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors including occasional duty arrangement in various branches

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' CS related experience
• With knowledge of investment related products will be an advantage, but NOT a must
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Passionate team player who is considerate, proactive, with good services attitude and sound communication skills
• Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service

• 處理客戶查詢，並就證券買賣、財富管理、開戶等相關事宜提供專業支援
• 積極與客戶建立良好關係，提升客戶滿意度及忠誠度
• 與內部團隊緊密合作，確保服務質素符合客戶期望，並協助開拓新客戶
• 按上司指示協助其他臨時工作，包括有需要時到不同分行當值

要求：

• 具最少兩年客戶服務相關經驗
• 具投資產品知識者優先考慮，但並非必須
• 能操流利廣東話、普通話及英文
• 主動積極，具團隊精神及良好溝通技巧
• 具以客為本理念，並致力提供優質服務
