CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers' enquires and complaints (face-to-face, phone and email)
• Provide immediate support for customers
• Assist day-to-day operation of the Concierge / VIP Service Center / eStore collect center / Call Center
• Shift duties are required and may need to work overtime according to actual needs
• Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Positive working attitude with sense of responsibility
• Good communication and customer services skills
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experience in customer services role is preferred but is not a must
• Candidates with supervisory experience will be considered for Customer Services Officer
