Customer Services Manager

Our subsidiary First Shanghai Securities Limited is looking for highly driven individuals who are motivated to grow and excel with the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling account opening / on-boarding customer KYC checking, customer due diligence / ad-hoc review / customer's information system maintenance
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Review the KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures from time to time
• Handle customer's enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, WeChat and etc.
• Respond to enquiries from Sales teams and provide necessary support.
• Cooperate with frontline and back offices to handle relevant projects
• Handle multiple tasks and manage projects simultaneously
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects
• Holder of relevant SFC license (Type 1) is a must
• Minimum 1 years solid experience in customer services, preferably in brokerage industry
• Knowledge in KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
• Good knowledge of regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory bodies, e.g. SFC and HKEx
• Familiar with securities opening procedures
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• With more experience, will be considered as CS Manager
