Customer Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk reception and visitor services.
• Provide guided tours, workshops, and event support.
• Handle exhibition and educational materials.
• Enforce venue rules and maintain orderly operations.
• Provide general administrative support and information.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, or equivalent;

• Minimum 1 year working experience;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);

• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Presentable and polite.
