Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone call, e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS regarding to home-related products or pet products of renowned brands
• To schedule service order
• To promote home-related products
• Assist the sales team with arranging site visits and installations for agents, as well as providing administrative support, and other related matters

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above
• 1 year or above experience in customer services / sales administration
• Knowledge in using SAP system is an advantage but not essential
• Sound knowledge in computer software application including Chinese word processing
• Accurate and fast typing
• Self-initiative, good communication skills and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Customer oriented, good spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location: Tseng Lan Shue, 6.5 Miles Clear Water Bay Road.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30 & Alternate Sat 09:00 - 12:30

* Work location is near Choi Hung district
