Customer Services Officer - Phone Based (Start Now)

Location: Joondalup, Perth WA (free parking, close to train station)
Type: Full-time  Immediate start (temp initially)
 
Overview
This is a phone-based Customer Services Officer role within a community care organisation. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, families, and staff, providing information and coordinating services across aged care, disability, nursing, allied health, and social support. The role is customer-focused and values empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve calls with a strong "customer first" approach
• Coordinate support services to match customer needs and support worker skills
• Build rapport with customers and families, including those who may be distressed
• Accurately record information in Salesforce CRM and other systems
• Follow policies and procedures and take ownership of customer outcomes

About You

• Call centre experience (inbound/outbound preferred)
• Available Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm (flexible hours)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
• Experience in aged care or disability is helpful but not essential
