Customer Services Officer

• Perform general receptionist duties, include handling of public enquiries, complains, appointment booking, member registration and billing
• Responsible for communication and dissemination of information with members
• Update and manage member information in CRM system
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Entry Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent with good organizational and communication skills
• Available for a 5-day work week, including night shifts until 9 PM on weekdays and weekend shifts

All candidates of the above vacancies should possess the following abilities :

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor(s)
