We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Services Officer to join our Customer Services team. Based in Griffith, NSW, this permanent full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong, trusted relationships.

As a Customer Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional, proactive and customer-focused support. You will play a key role in helping customers navigate MI's products and services, managing enquiries and requests, and ensuring every interaction is positive, efficient and solutions focused.

About the Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive and customer focused.

• Provide accurate advice and support across MI's products, services, customer accounts, billing and payment enquiries, helping customers make informed decisions.

• Resolve, coordinate and escalate customer enquiries while proactively supporting customers through account management, payment arrangements and other service requests to achieve positive outcomes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, improve service delivery and support greater business efficiency.

• Maintain accurate customer records and data, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures and customer service standards.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of MI's products, services, pricing and policies to confidently support customers and colleagues.

• Work collaboratively across the business to achieve team objectives, role model MI's values and contribute to a positive, safety-focused culture.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service and/or administrative role, delivering professional and responsive customer support.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide a high level of customer service.

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems, with confidence using technology to support daily operations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude, with a focus on achieving positive customer outcomes.

• Current Class C Driver Licence.

• Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant experience in customer service or administration.
