Customer Services Officer/Customer Services Assistant - Central

Responsibilities:

• To handle enquires / complaints of customers and visitors at the reception counter in the managed property
• To visit/communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs
• To carry out daily operations of residential building to deliver premier services to tenants
• To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• At least 3-4 years’ of experience in property management or related field
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Clubhouse and Concierge experience is preferable
• Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented
• Conversant with the application of computer software like MS Word and Excel
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Assistant
