Customer Services Representative (5 days work) Fresh graduates are also Welcome

Digi-Key Electronics Asia Pacific Limited is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time position with regular working hours, comprehensive training, and a stable, supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ pre-sales and after-sales enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and web chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders received via email, and online channels
• Communicate with U.S. Headquarter to follow up on delivery schedules and order status
• Provide accurate, professional and courteous customer support throughout the enquiry and fulfillment process.
• Perform other duties and hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin (both Spoken and written)
• Able to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), and Chinese word processing.
• Reliable and able to proactively identify and escalate issues
• Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
