We're looking for a confident switched-on Customer Services Superstar who enjoys building relationships, learning new things and making things happen to join our team in Highbrook.  This isn't just about answering phones and processing orders.  You'll get to know our customers, understand their needs and become their go-to person for getting things sorted.

You'll be part of a busy, supportive team, handling customer enquiries, managing orders and working closely with others across the business to keep things running smoothly.  No two days will be the same so you'll need to be organised, think on your feet and enjoy a challenge.

You don't need to know the glass industry - we can teach you that!  What's more important is your attitude, willingness to learn and your ability to connect with people.

Previous customer service or customer-facing experience would be great, but your attitude, confidence and willingness to learn is just as important.
