Customer Services Representative

Zing Recruiting is proud to partner with a global automation company to find a talented Customer Support Representative for a 1st shift opportunity in Rochester Hills, Michigan!

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with spare parts orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Process orders, returns, warranty claims, and credits.
• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Track orders and provide updates on order status.
• Work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service or technical experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Technical or parts knowledge is a plus.
