What You'll Do:

• Send timely shipment pre-alerts to service providers, outstations, operations, and accounting teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate team.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely encoding of Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
• Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented, adaptable, and professional under pressure.
• A team player who takes initiative and embraces continuous learning.
• Willing to work flexible schedules based on operational needs.
