Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Urdu-Speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing relevant information, and maintaining a professional and positive interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls professionally.
• Communicate with customers in Urdu and understand their requirements.
• Provide accurate information and respond to customer queries.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Meet assigned daily/weekly targets.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Good command of Urdu communication.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Previous call center experience is a plus, but fresh candidates can also apply.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
